FAQs

A: Pizzas take 20-30 minutes to prepare and cook on average.  All pizzas are made to order, so the bigger the pizza and the more toppings you add, the longer it may take.  As a rule, our pick-up time is 30 minutes and delivery time is 45 minutes to an hour.  Some of our smaller item may not take as long, such as subs and salads
A: Our ‘regular’ crust is what we call our hand tossed (New York style).  It is available in medium and large size only.  We also offer an extra-thin version of our ‘regular’ crust which is available in medium and large size only.  Our last style of crust is deep dish (Sicilian) which is our most popular.  It is offered in medium, large and extra-large (a.k.a. the Buckeye).  We offer a personal size pizza, which comes in its own style of crust, described as in between regular and deep dish.
A: Monday-Thursday, 11:00 am – 1:30 am, with delivery orders until 12:30 am.
Friday and Saturday, 11:00 am – 2:30 am, with delivery orders until 1:30 am.
Sunday, 11:00 am – 12:30 am, with delivery orders until 11:30 pm.
Hours are subject to change.     We are closed on Thanksgiving, after lunch on Christmas Eve and on Christmas.
Please note, our staff is in early every day to prepare dough so we are usually able to accommodate pick-up or delivery orders as early as 10am or for special requests. Please just ask our friendly staff for an accommodation.
A: No, unfortunately we do not.
A: As a general rule:  Personal- 4 pieces, feeds 1.  Medium-6 pieces, feeds 1-2.  Large (thin and extra thin) – 8 slices, feeds 2-4.  Large (deep dish) – 15 pieces, feeds 3-5.  Buckeye – 30 pieces, feeds 10-12.
A: The simple answer is, “You can’t rush greatness.”   We use deck ovens, hand cut vegetables and use fresh meats like sausage, which take a bit more time to cook. Depending on the type and amount of toppings it can take a lot more time to thoroughly cook.
A: Yes, our staff is well equipped to accommodate such orders.  We can even set up orders weeks or months in advance.  Just give us a call, in advance when possible, we will be happy to serve your group or party.
A: No, we offer free delivery on all orders, we do ask for a minimum purchase of $6.00 for delivery.
A: We are located in the heart of Ohio State’s campus, so we will deliver to most OSU buildings.  Our defined delivery area is as follows:  North to Hudson Ave., West to Olentangy River Rd., East to the railroad track(just east of North Fourth St)., South to Goodale Blvd.  Exceptions are made, taking into consideration time, size of order and proximity to delivery area, just ask our staff.
A: Yes. When weather permits, usually April to October, we have few bistro style tables in front of our building.  However, we do NOT serve alcohol or allow smoking at these tables.
A: No, we do not.  However, we do everything we can to accommodate our young patrons.
A: We carefully searched the entire planet to find them.  Actually, we cannot point to any one thing. We are simply very fortunate.
A: Our pizzas automatically come with sauce and cheese.  Additional toppings are extra.
A: No, we do not.  Unfortunately we do not have the resources to make our kitchen truly gluten free.
A: Yes.  We have 10 tables, able to accommodate around 34 patrons.
A: No, we do not.  However, feel free to place a dine- in order ahead of time (call ahead).   If the dining room is full, we will keep your order warm until we can seat you.
A: Yes.   We encourage it, especially for our lunch delivery orders.  Weekday lunches we fill up fast for delivery times (we take 2 to 3 time slots every 15 minutes).   Our system is set up to accommodate orders in advance and we try our best to deliver at the exact time a customer wants, however some things are out of our control, like traffic, accidents etc. Preorders for carry out are a little easier, with oven space being the only issue.  As always, just give our staff a call and we will set up an order for you.
A: Cash.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  For our OSU customers, we accept BUCKID as well as Purchase Orders.  Sorry, we do not accept checks of any kind.
A: Yes.  We have beer and wine for our dine-in customers.  Sorry, not available at our outdoor seating.
A: Yes.  We have a limited number of parking spots.  Since we are located on the Ohio State University’s main campus and in a metro area, finding parking can be difficult.  Our lot is NOT located directly behind our building.  It is located behind the University Flower Shop directly to the east of our building.  Towing is a major concern and although our spots are clearly marked, if you are not sure, just ask our staff and we can verify that you are parked in our spots.
A: We try to deliver all our orders in a timely fashion, but our drivers can only wait so long for a customer before he starts holding up his next customer, creating a domino effect.  It is nothing personal we just need to be mindful of the other customers’ needs.
